excel not responding?

I have been using Excel for my work for quite some time now, and recently I have been facing a frustrating issue. Whenever I try to open a large spreadsheet or perform complex calculations, Excel simply stops responding. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I’m not sure how to fix it. I have tried closing and reopening Excel, restarting my computer, and even reinstalling the software, but nothing seems to work. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? What could be causing Excel to not respond? Is there a way to prevent this from happening? I would greatly appreciate any advice or solutions to this problem. Thank you in advance!
