Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Quesko, operated by Bolrach Technologies Limited.
1. The spirit of it
Quesko works because real people help each other honestly. Ask genuine questions, give answers you believe are true, and treat others the way you would want to be treated. Everything below follows from that.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate directed at any person or group.
- Deliberately false, misleading, or deceptive answers, or impersonating others.
- Spam, advertising, or manipulating votes, reputation, or rankings.
- Cheating, or helping others cheat, on real exams or certifications.
- Collecting other users’ data without permission, including scraping.
3. Content standards
- Do not post unlawful content, or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or privacy.
- Do not post sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers anyone.
- Do not share others’ personal or confidential information.
- Only post content you have the right to share.
4. Platform and security
- Do not attempt to break, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to Quesko or its systems.
- Do not upload malware, or probe or scan our infrastructure without permission.
- Do not bypass or interfere with security, rate limits, or access controls.
5. Enforcement
If content or behaviour breaks this policy, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts, depending on the severity and history. We aim to be fair and proportionate, and we may act immediately where there is risk of harm.
6. Reporting a problem
