Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Bolrach Technologies Limited (“Quesko”, “we”, “us”), which operates Quesko.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Quesko, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use Quesko for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Your account

You sign in through auth.ng. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@quesko.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Quesko lawfully and respectfully, and to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no harassment, no spam, no illegal or infringing content, and no attempts to break, overload, or misuse the platform.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the questions, answers, and other content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and share it as part of operating and promoting Quesko. This licence ends when you delete your content, except for copies others have already shared and copies kept briefly in backups. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

6. Not professional advice

Quesko is a community and study tool. Questions, answers, quizzes, and practice tests are for general information and preparation only. They are not legal, medical, immigration, financial, or other professional advice, and they may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm important decisions with an official source or a qualified professional.

7. Our rights

The Quesko name, logo, design, software, and the tests and materials we create are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; nothing here transfers ownership to you.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Quesko running well, but we provide it “as is” and “as available” and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Quesko. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, including consumer rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using Quesko at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put the community or platform at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licence, disclaimers, and liability) continue after termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bolrach Technologies Limited is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

If we update these Terms, we will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the product. Continuing to use Quesko after an update means you accept it. Questions? Contact us.
